My name is Jarka Vyskočilová and for more than 35 years I have been helping hotels manage one of the most important – and at the same time most demanding – areas of hotel operation: housekeeping. With my many years of experience in various types of accommodation facilities, I have seen first-hand what truly works in daily operations, where money and energy are lost unnecessarily, and how these losses can be reduced or avoided altogether.
I currently work as an Executive Housekeeper at the Vienna House by Wyndham Diplomat Prague. I am the author of the professional book HOUSEKEEPING: COMPLETE, SMART & EFFICIENT and I also work as a lecturer, sharing practical housekeeping management know-how with hotel professionals.
